Operational Tips
* As with any electrical device, do not leave the Fooz Blaster powered when not in use.
* This device has an internal micro-controller; upon power-up or mode switching... wait 4-5 seconds before pressing the START button.
* Nothing happens immediately when pressing the START button; a built-in delayed start routine gives you one to two seconds to get your hands positioned on the rod handles before the first ball is power ejected.
* I recommend only using Mode 1 (ball every 12 seconds; switch away from Start button) early on. Mode 2 may be too fast until you quicken the pace of your play. At the beginning, Mode 2 may seem like an "arcade game" mode. But as your skill increases, you will relate to this quick pace as being real and competitive game-play like. You will eventually reach the point where you can successfully deal with each and every power ejected ball using Mode 2.
* Sometimes the power ejected ball makes contact with a fooser before getting to the playing surface; readjust that rod to allow full clearance. Or......... intentionally move an adjacent rods player so the ball does indeed strike a player on its way down to the surface; creating even more variation of each power-dropped balls path.
* When balls are launched, try not to make contact with them before they fall to the playfield surface. This isn't baseball... where your outfielders attempt to catch the ball mid-flight. Instead, let the ball hit the table surface and then attempt to gain control of it.
