It is from that same class, but Fooz Tape is a commercial version of that product; more robust. Also, Fooz Tape is 1.5" wide, which is optimal for wrapping table handles
* Can Fooz Tape be removed and used a second time?
Yes, you get at-least two wraps out of each piece; but it's economical enough (less than a dollar per wrap) to always use fresh if desired.
